Listing is for a two (2) separate Vintage Solido 1936 Ford V8 US Army Fuel Tanker Trucks (Gazole), 1:43, Mint Condition . Army Fuel Tanker Truck cab is made of die-cast metal & tanker section is made of plastic . This is a 4-wheel and 2 axle tanker . Model dimensions are 4 1/4” Long x 1 5/8” Wide and 1 3/” High . On both sides of tanker is word “Gazole," which stands for diesel fuel . It is painted with army green in color . Since this Solido military vehicle is built on a metal chassis it will stay in great condition for decades to come. Solido issued this classic Army Fuel Tanker Truck in 1981. There is nothing broken, chipped, cracked, or missing from Fuel tanker truck. Fuel Tanker Truck is a nice solid toy. This model is an adult collectible, 14+. Made in France. This is an Original French Solido factory made die-cast model ! Not a Chinese copy as sold by some others! I am downsizing and listing/selling on EBay some of my personal collection. Since Fuel Tanker Truck no longer has its original box, it will be wrapped carefully with bubble wrap, packing material, and mailed in a new white corrugated double walled reinforced cardboard box with a flap that opens and closes easily. Solido military models are built so well that over 45 years later this model is as good as when it was built and first sold. Truly this is quite remarkable! P lease note that typically, Solido tanks and armored fighting vehicles as well as firefighting trucks are made in a 1:50 scale while the support vehicles, which include the jeeps and staff cars, are produced in a slightly larger 1:43 scale.
