Description

This auction is for one brand new, in its original box, Solido model of a Citroen c 4 f 1930 fire engine. The base is labeled “Age d’or Solido.” Model number may be 4000_401, which is on the bottom of the base. The model is mostly red, with some white, brown and black. Nice details, including the spare tire mounted next to the driver’s seat, the dual hose reels and the ladders on top. The model is lettered “Ville D’Argeles-Gazost.” Made in France. The box is plastic and has two parts, a solid white base and a clear plastic top. It measures about 5.75 inches long, almost 2.5 inches wide and about 2.9 inches tall. It is in excellent condition. Not sure of its age, but the model has been on display in its case, in a glass china cabinet, since 1976. Thanks for checking my auction.
