Description
Very cool mid century piece of handmade studio art pottery with a fabulous and hypnotic display of blues and sea greens swirling together with unexpected bits of raw clay shining through in organic patterns. The base of the bowl is uncoated and inscribed with a signature that reads “Bohnhorst” - whether this refers to the city in Germany or the artist, I am unsure. The shallow dish is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. See photos for details. It’ll make a great jewelry or catch all, fruit or serving dish, soap dish, or decorative art piece. The possibilities are wide! Dimensions: 6.5” diameter, 1.25-1.5” height (approx) USPS First Class shipping from Michigan.
