Vtg Krautheim MARIE ANTOINETTE Covered Round Cheese or Butter Dish with Lid Welcome to my auction for this estate fresh find! This is a gorgeous Krautheim Selb Bavaria covered round butter dish or cheese dish with lid in the Marie Antoinette pattern. The pattern features pink roses with greenery and green lattice flowers around the rim of both the bowl and lid. Both pieces have a band of gold around the rims, the lid handle also has gold trim. The bowl measures approx. 7.5" diameter, it stands approx. 3.5" tall with the lid and approx. 1.75" tall without. The bottom is marked Krautheim Selb Bavaria Marie Antoinette. We have been able to determine the mark dates 1922-1945. Very light utensil marks. This pattern is very hard to find pieces or even information about. Thank you for looking and happy eBaying!
